There are only about 4 branches of the Enoch Pratt Library this should go:

Hampden, Charles Village, & Roland Park north of downtown, and Highlandtown to the east. Anywhere else the riff raff will destroy it. My vote would be Hampden with its eclectic mix of shops & restaurants, and its neat Christmas display this time of year.

Then again, the Washington Village/Pigtown branch with its eclectic mix of drug dealers and hookers might be something Zappa would appreciate.
